Warranty (a 2-year statutory warranty) & 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At RameShops, we stand for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This page explains your legal rights under EU law as well as our voluntary warranty and 90-day money-back guarantee.
1. Statutory Warranty (Gewährleistung)
Under EU and German law, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) from the date of delivery.
- This covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery.
- Within the first 12 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
- You have the right to repair (Nachbesserung) or replacement (Ersatzlieferung).
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a price reduction (Minderung) or refund (Rücktritt) in accordance with legal regulations.
Important: This statutory right is free of charge and is not limited by any commercial warranty.
2. Voluntary Warranty (Garantie)
In addition to your statutory rights, RameShops offers a 12-month voluntary warranty on selected products.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material faults
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or damage caused by external factors
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
This voluntary warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
3. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- You may return your product within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
- The item must be in reasonable condition (used or unused).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- This guarantee is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht).
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
4. How to Make a Claim or Return
To request a warranty claim or refund:

- Attach photos or videos if applicable
We will respond within 2–5 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For returns under the 90-day guarantee, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims.
